Today..i understood the purpose of Industrial attachment...it is to help us to build up a POSITIVE ATTITUDE in our work....

To learn more, we need to open to ask and open to accept others and listen to others...
To survive in the work, we need to have positive thinking n a higher intrinsic motivation...
To have a positive image in others' view, we need to take good care for self-image n manners...
To not to late for work, we need to have discipline...

There is a lot of things to learn actually these few days. Rather than saying that others gt alot of things to learn which related to psychology, i would say that i oso have learned a lot too..but these all need myself to discover out....it is not really direct to psychology, but when i think more deeply, it does.

From shredding the paper, i can learn to be more patient and more controllable for my temper. I tell myself not to be so tempered and thinking that i will try to finish those asap,then i can get a new job to do. Finally i do it, after i finished shred those paper, i asked for another job.

For sending those letter n document to other department, this can help me in communicate with others, can help me to improve the manners and the ways to interact with others.

For doing those paper work, it is very tiring...bt from here, i can learn to develop my intrinsic motivation and try my best to think positively.

Seeing others permanent staff, i cant say that i dun admire them...they need to spend their time here with all these stuff...huh...really need very high intrinsic motivation...

See...i can actually learn many things that associated with psychology right???haha...i will continue to learn hard here....hope all of u too ya....
